I arrived at the town center and gasped out of excitement. There was a marketplace bigger than I had ever seen, full of stalls with all kinds of goods and exotic items. Delicious smell of roasted pork, sugarcoated almonds and sweets lingered in the air, mixing with elegant and exotic perfumes and a distant smell of a forge from where I could hear a blacksmith at work.

Rotten Key Miniatures The Craftsmen 4 — I was eager to look what I would find, but first I had to find the inn. It was way more challenging than I had thought, since there were so many buildings and pathways, but finally I found it after asking for directions twice.

After I had booked a room, I returned to the marketplace. The smell of pork was so good I had to try it and maybe buy some sweets too. The line to the roasted pork was long, but finally I had my portion and it truly was worth the waiting. As I was eating, I took a look at some booths. One was selling wool clothes and decided to buy new pair of warm socks.

Rotten Key Miniatures The Craftsmen 2 — After eating, I wanted to find something sweet for a snack. I was thinking of the sugarcoated almonds, but after I saw caramel apples being sold, I had to buy one. I felt like a child again when I walked around with it, watching the skillful artisans at work and spending the rest of the day in the town center.
